2025 Student Elections Timeline

Student Election Applications Available: Monday, February 24 - Friday, April 4, 2025

Virtual Candidate Meetings

Meetings have concluded for the 2025 Student Election.

The meeting schedule for the 2026 Student Election will be posted in Spring 2026.

All candidates must meet with the Election Coordinator to go over Election policies and procedures. All Candidate Meetings will take place over Zoom at https://santarosa-edu.zoom.us/j/7075241528. If you are unable to attend one of the pre-scheduled meetings, please contact the Election Coordinator, Josh Pinaula (jpinaula@santarosa.edu, 707-524-1528) to schedule an individual meeting at an alternate time.

Candidate Eligibility Verification (will be emailed to you by): Friday, April 4, 2025

Campaigning Begins: Friday, April 4, 2025

Declaration to Run as a Slate Form Due: Friday, April 11, 2025, at 5 PM

Election Assemblies:

All candidates are encouraged to attend at least ONE assembly to make a recorded speech that will be shared with SRJC students. Candidates unable to make the assemblies may contact the Election Coordinator to meet independently. All Candidate Assemblies will take place over Zoom at https://santarosa-edu.zoom.us/j/7075241528 

Assembly #1: Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM

Assembly #2: Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM
